A Robert Roskell Mahogany Bracket Clock.

Robert Roskell, Liverpool, England, bracket clock, mahogany and mahogany veneered case with brass fluted columns, painted metal dial, arrow form hands, eight day, time and strike fusee spring driven brass movement.

Mahogany and mahogany veneered in a nice rubbed down finish has some a couple small shrinkage cracks on the case sides.

Has an indentation on the bottom edge of the back base molding in a spot that must have occurred along time ago as that area has been finished along with the rest of the case.

Original painted dial is good condition.

Looks like the signature was enhanced at some point.

Clock has the original hands.

It appears the top finial looks newer.
